We’re Sharing our Space for Free

   Running an entire website can be demanding, as it requires patience, time, and, of course, financial resources. Establishing your own online space can be quite a challenge, which is why we decided to share this space with all our fellow creatives out there.

Just a quick story…
   This website was established in May 2024, but with life as we know it, we only turned our plans into fruition this May 2025. Starting small with a few topics we hold dear to our hearts, the website was up and running. Having experienced firsthand how school publications lack the resources to have printed copies of their school paper, the idea to share this space with aspiring student journalists was placed on the back burner as we initially tried to create an online presence. Of course, we want them to have readers already available in case we push through with the idea. As of writing (June 2, 2025), we’ve acquired 29,000+ followers, which would hopefully be potential readers of the published works.

  Having this in mind, and being part of online writers/authors communities, the idea branched out to sharing this space with them as well. We also know published authors who don’t get much traction in their local community, or are having difficulty finding spaces to advertise their works, let alone have an author’s profile readily accessible online. We’d wish to help them in this capacity as well.

How does this work?
Whether you’re a young journalist, aspiring author, or just someone who wants to try their hand at writing, we are open to sharing this space with you. Here are some FAQs:

• Do I have to pay to publish my works here?
  No. We will not charge you anything.

• Will I get full credit for my work?
  Yes! You will get full credit for your work. Your name will be cited as the author, and your social media links will be attached to each piece that gets published here. If you wish to have a brief portfolio here, we can also create this for you.

• What kind of pieces do you accept here?
  For student journalists, you can submit news articles you’d like to be published. This usually covers feature writing branches based on the National Schools Press Conference mandate. You can also submit poems, essays, the gist of short stories, and other forms of literary works. Note that we would require consent from your parent/guardian/or school press adviser, especially for minors.
  For aspiring and/or published writers, any form of writing is accepted. We can also curate a brief writing portfolio for you to create an easily accessible link.

• Would you publish short stories?
  As of the moment, what we can suggest is for us to publish a summary or teaser of your work, which would then include a link where others can access your work. This would simply be a way of promoting you as an author to our followers.

• Will I get paid for publishing here?
  No. We do not pay writers to have their works published here, given that we are merely providing a free online platform to promote you and your work as a writer, and that we are the ones paying for the hosting and upkeep of the website. However, there will be times when we would need coverage for certain events or news features from specific areas, to which we would be posting paid work opportunities.

• Would you delete our published works eventually?
  No. As part of our advocacy to share this space with other creatives, your published works here would never be deleted, and the links to your works would definitely be accessible until this website ceases to exist. That’s technically FREE web hosting for you until you decide to have your content removed from this platform.

• Am I required to share your website or Facebook page?
  No. This is not required, but if you wish to do so, that’s all up to you.

• What does Good Vibes Anonymous get from this?
  The website will get views if you share your works that are published here. Since this isn’t a monetized website, we will not earn from those views. Honestly, the sole intention of sharing this platform with other writers is to build an online space for aspiring writers.
